the week.

Next post will probably have pictures...this one would but my camera is down in the car and i got my pj's on now and i'm too lazy to go get it.

Anyway lasttime I wrote was Sunday....lets see what has happened since then....

Monday skipped the gym and Pete came over (guy I went to Montreal with) and we watched a movie (Couch Carter). It was pretty good.

Tuesday went to the gym after work, did the bike for 45 minutes and then went to body flow for an hour (mixture between taichai, yoga and pilates....its a bit difficult).

Wednesday was surposed to play squash but Dave went to the buskers I think so me and Angela said we could play tennis after work...haven't played since PEI first year...how many years ago was that? Anyway we got here after work and changed and looked out the window and there was some people on the courts so Ang suggested we go for a run...yippie...so we did for about 20 minutes (i didn't run the whole thing). Then we got back and Pete was driving in the driveway (he went to the gym across the street). Anyway the courts were empty so we went to play tennis...me and Ang did while Pete was our ball boy. We didn't do too well.....its been forever. Anyway stayed there for about 45 minutes then Angela left and then Pete left about 1/2 hour after her. Had so much fresh air that I fell asleep on the couch at 8 (i surpose it wasn't the fresh air cause i fall asleep all the time at that time).

Thursday a few of us talked about doing the CIBC Run for the Cure and I suggested that we put in a Harris & Roome Supply team (need 10 people). I talked to a few people and about 6 of them said so far that they would do it....still haven't asked the Halifax branch or dartmouth branch....anyway I signed up on the sight and now I have the responsiblity of being the "Team Leader". Lyd sponsered me already. You can either run or walk a 1k or 5k....I'm aiming on running the 5k...which means starting tomorrow I have to train for it as I don't want to be the very last. Also I'm looking for donations as this is an issue that one of my good friends from work his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer about a month or two ago and she had a lumpsectomy or whatever and that didn't work so now in Sept. she has to get her breast removed (for those of you who don't know what the run for the Cure is, its raising money for breast cancer). Anyway on Thursday as well the president from Graybar U.S came into work and he gave a presentation on how well Graybar is going and such at lunch time. They got lunch catered for us all which was nice.

Went to the gym again thursday night and went on the bike again for 45 minutes and then to a class called Body Pump which is with weights and that class is brutal. Did some errands after that then went to see jo and matt for a bit and then watched Big brother.

KC lost tonight.

Friday (today) I got to work and didn't have too much to do so i went in to my super and asked for 1/2 day off and that i'd leave at 1pm and she told me to leave at noon. so i called up bill and his son and asked them if they wanted to go golfing. So we left here about 215 and went golfing at Pin High. It was Ryans first time out and he did quite well. We all actually did quite well. I had some good shots (drives were nice and straight). Me and Bill were tied up until the last hole and he beat me by 2 strokes.

Came home and didn't do a whole lot tonight. Just taking it easy on a Friday night. Don't really have anything planned for this weekend...we'll just play it by ear.

Our budgies love Christina Aguleara's new song...Ain't no other Man so we play that for them and they start singing.

It was hot today so I'm hoping it is tomorrow so I can get a least one more tan in this summer.

Well I was cat and fish feeding this week while Jo and Matt were in Montreal and I thought I did a very good job....come to find out...I suck.

Went to pick up Jo and Matt at the airport as their flight got in at 420. I got to the airport about 415 and went to put some money in the meter and I only took out .50 cents with me and I figured that would at least give us 1/2 hour...turns out that .25cents gives you 6 minutes and .50cents gives you 13 (figure that one out). Anyway I didn't bother unlocking the car again cause I was just to lazy and getting out more so I just hoped that we wouldn't get a ticket.

Got in there and got me an iced cap and ch. chip muffin...mmmm good. They arrivied and got the luggage and then forgot which elcluator I came up on....but then I remembered where I parked and we found the car with no ticket.

I went up to their appt. to see their pics and in the garage door there was a sign saying Cat found orange and while please call so and so. Jo just joked and said hey maybe thats our cat Dwibble. Then I realized that I didn't see him when I left lastnight. I know he was there earlier cause he was trying to get my food and then I fell asleep on the couch and when I left they usually both come to the door with me but only Louie did....I didn't think anymore about it till today.

Anyway we got up to the apt. and Louie was the only one who was there to welcome them home. We looked for Dwebble but he was no where to be found (but disapperance happed one night we were all there as well but we found him then). Anyway so Matt left to get the number that was on the sign and he didn't come back for about 15 minutes and we thought he must have been getting the cat. Sure enough Matt came back with the cat. I felt so bad. I have no idea how he got out. He may have jumped off the balcony but its a 3rd floor and his legs would have been broken I would think cause he ain't that big....or he might have ran out the door before I closed it but I didn't see him anywhere in the hallway. So however he got out he is now back safe and sound.

And it has been agreed that G is to cat sit from now on.

Sounds like jo and matt had a great trip and they bought me a red purse. I finally got a red purse and its awesome.
