Happy August everyone. Man I can't beleive that August is here. I so remember this time last year. I was on the Cabot Trail for the first time ever (and maybe last but I was told that I'd go again someday) and that weekend was so much fun. Thanks!
Since I last wrote I went golfing with Dave and Greg again and this time I can talk about it as our scores were better. Greg won and I lost and Dave came in the middle. I did get one birdie on hole 8 which I was very proud of. That was on a Thursday night.
Friday night me and Greg met Dave down where he works at Dal around 5pm and we went and played squash. I love it!!!! I had so much fun. I just have to learn how to serve better so that the ball comes back to the line. We took turns playing and we got done around 630...frankly I couldn't do anymore cause my arm felt like led and it was all shakey. Greg bought me a coffee at Tim's and then I came home cause I was exhausted. Me and Lyd decided to rent a movie around 9pm so she went to Shoppers and got Hitched. Very good movie...funny.
Saturday I got up (I was sorer then sore, I knew I would be sore but my glutes we killing me...I could hardly walk...after 2 years at the gym squash is what made me hurt) and went tanning with Jo and Bill out in the field from 1-3pm. I came in and rested and Lyd went grocey shopping and to the mall and she got back around 730 so we ate supper (mini pizzas). Jo and Matt invited us up but I was too tired and sore to move. So we watched Big Brother then I fell asleep on the couch and Lyd went to a party that her friend was having and I woke up about 1am and went to bed.
Sunday morning got up (still sore) and me and Lyd went to church then us 3 girls went out to tan between 1-3pm. Lyd got a burn on her back and shoulders...she was in pain when she came in..she always yells at me for doing it now its her turn. I'll put more stuff on it.
I met Philip at his house at 530pm and we headed into camp. We got there about 630 and no one was there yet so we went for a walk up to the swimming hole and when we got back Faye and another girl was there (Julinan) who did an intern at Sackville Church. She used to be bigger but she lost alot of weight while she was teaching over in Korea and she looks really good. Service was over about 930 I think and the 4 of us (me, Faye, Julinan and Philip) went to Wendys and got some grub and then about 1030 we left and me and Philip headed home to Halifax. On the way home we played Big Truck (some of you has had the opporunity to play that wonderful game). I won 6-3. I was surprised at how much traffic there was on the highway at that time. Around 12am I walked into my apt and I am so wide awake that I decided to turn on the computer and see whats up. No one on MSN so I decided to write on my blog.
Tomorrow (today) is a Civic Holiday so I get it off tomorrow. Lyd still has to work though. She has and interview at my work on Tuesday for the mail room. Good luck Lydia!!
I think if its warm enough me and Jo are going to tan again and after that I think we are going shopping. I am contenplating on wether or not to go out running in the morning. I would love to before work but I'm a bit lazy at 430am. 430? you ask. yep 430. I have no idea.
Not to much more going on. Oh yeh...Dad and Mom are coming up on Wednesday evening and leaving on Saturday. Dad is on vacation and their coming for a visit. Jo and Matt are taking the day off on friday (3 day week for them) and jo and mom are going shopping and dad and matt are going golfing. I have to get rid of my storage room full of rececylables cause I told mom and dad that next time they come up that I would have them cleaned out...Billllllllllll Where are you????????????????????
