Hinder is a good group

Holy Smokes where is the time going? Its almost December already. Thanks giving in the States today. Lyd was sick today so I had to do the mail room and it was check run...now I understand why she is in a foul mood sometimes after the check run...maybe not a foul mood but a don't talk to me mood cause I don't want to talk.

I haven't realized how long its been since I last wrote. Time is flying by. Thought I better update not that there is much to update but I'm actually home tonight. Tuesday's and Wednesday's I'm not home till late, then I eat and its bedtime.

Anywho a few weekends ago we all went home and Dad was trying to find a spot to put the aerial (yes we still use aerials down in New Harbour) so he can watch Hockey Night in Canada and I was in the livingroom, yelling to Jo who was in the bedroom yelling out the window to matt and dad of when it was good. We found a good spot but it would have been hooked to the house but Mom didn't want an aerial hooked to their new house, so Dad does still not watch hockey. He was up on the hill and everything. It was pretty funny. Maybe someday we'll get him a dish. (pics on here is of him with the aerial) It reminded me of something that could be a corner gas show which I absolutely love. I find that show so funny.

Last Friday night 3 of us went downtown, me, ang and randy. Ang left around 1230 or so I think and then it was just me and randy. Let me tell you that was the funnest night I have ever had in a very long time. We were at Cheers watching Shaydid. The stocker got an autographed CD. Come to think of it I haven't asked him how the cd is. And he lost his keys.

Also that friday dave and rachel got the keys to their new house down in mount uniake (is that spelt right?). Anyway its a very, very nice house, I'm quite impressed. There is lots of room and the rooms are spacious. Good job guys. And of couse G is there was well. We went to see them Sunday and they were painting and of couse we didn't help. The furniture is moving in yesterday...so its there now. They invited me down to watch football this evening as its on all day but I just want to sit at home tonight. They have a nice big tv to watch it on but I can watch KC kick Denver's butt from here. Sorry Dave but its gonna happen.

Saturday was the Holiday Parade of lights and of course following tradition we all went down. Jamie and Charleen, no wait maybe it was Florence and LLoyd? were here so they came as well and so did the new addition to the group and that is Elliott. Man that kid is cute. He doesn't stop laughing. Even when he fell asleep he was laughing in his sleep, it was so cute. Anyway we went and parked at the Casino of course and went to the Tim Hortons, other cafe and Second Cup to all get our coffees. It was such a nice night out there. Then stood outside Scotia Square. It was way longer this year then last. Then we went to East Side Mario's to eat and then some went to the casino and some went home. Of couse I went to the casino and played the machines and walked in with $20 and came out with $70 so I won $50....the money I spent the night before on my friend who never carries money...just kidding...I know you spent it buying rounds for the band to get that free CD.

Tuesday that just passed at the Learn to Run we did run 8 walk 1 run 8 walk 1 run 2 and I was so proud of myself that me and Sandy were leading the pack and setting the pace. I felt so good running that night I felt like I could have run forever. We only have 2 more weeks left and we're doing the 10x1 2x's. I finally got to wear my new tuke for running. Got home from that at 8 then went to Canadian tire with Pete to pick up some gifts for the xmas party for work then went to see Casino Royale...another long movie. It was good though (the parts I was awake for...just kidding).

Then Wednesday night (lastnight) went to body pump and uped my weights on all of them and now today I am sore. Then after the class went to belly dance. We finished the dance and we have 3 weeks left so I guess its just practice, practice, practice till its through. There is a recital I guess you could call it in Dec. that we can partake in if we wish...not too sure yet what I will be doing. If I think I'm doing ok then I will. Still a few weeks away so we'll see by then. If so I have to practice everyday from now till then so I got lyd to burn the music on a cd for me so I can practice in my room. I had it on the computer but didn't want to do it out here in the dining room/kitchen/livingroom. So we'll see.

Went to the gym this evening and on Thursday's in nov. between 430-500 they have Cardio Bingo so played that. Didn't win anything. That got me in the mood to play Tv bingo so had to stop at needs on the way home...didn't win in that either. Also stopped into Subway. YUMMY!!!

Now just waiting for some tv to come on. Lyd said that all day everything was repeats, even GH, but I think everything is new this evening.

Saturday me, jo, lyd and matt are going to see Oliver at Neptune. (I think thats where). That should be good I guess. Never been to anything like that before but Matt gets cheap tickets. HOPEFULLY, HOPEFULLY we will get some Lord of the Dance tickets for xmas from him???
